Boiler Water Antiscalant or sludge conditioner are chemical compounds that inhibit or prevent scale formation in the boiler tubes



In many industries there are huge requirement for boiler towers. Water passes to these towers through boiler tubes mainly.

These tubes requires high maintenance  on a regular basis.As an adverse effect magnesium,silica salts deposits on the surface,iron deposits & magnesium salts also harm the boiler tubes to a great extent.

So Boiler Antiscalants or sludge conditioners are used which helps users that inhibit or prevent scale formation in the boiler tubes by means of sequestering calcium and magnesium salts, dispersing silica, chelating iron and breaking-up colloidal deposits like clay and silt that are otherwise gets deposited into the boiler tubes.
