Chemtex manufactures stabilized Silver Hydrogen Peroxide is formulated for use in circulation cleaning and sanitizing of industrial equipments

It is a mixture of hydrogen peroxide with colloidal silver.

Silver peroxide is an oxidizing chemical which have its uses in many applications. These chemical have some distinguishing properties such as no-rinse, odorless, non-foaming, non-tainting, non-toxic and non-staining formula and is very able to sanitize at cold temperature.

Usages

Silver Hydrogen Peroxide are circulation cleaning and sanitizing of industrial equipments such as tanks, pipelines, aseptic equipment, evaporators, fillers, pasteurizers and for sanitizing of previously cleaned, hard, non-porous food contact surfaces and equipments.

Silver Hydrogen Peroxide liquid sanitizer is also approved for immersion cleaning of equipment and utensils for food processing and packaging plants and eating establishments. Silver synergized Hydrogen Peroxide is used at low solution concentration to rapidly kill a broad spectrum of microorganisms including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It is more tolerant than most sanitizers to pH, temperature, water hardness and organic soils. In summary, These chemical is also very much economical &  very much environment friendly.

Chemtex manufactures stabilized silver hydrogen peroxide which surpasses the performance of other Silver impregnated hydrogen peroxide based sanitizers (such as Divosan Activ of Johnson Diversey and P3 Oxonia Active of Ecolab).

Dosage:

It Is highly recommended for use on pre-cleaned surfaces such as equipments, pipelines, tanks, vats, filters, evaporators, pasteurizers and aseptic equipments in dairies, breweries, wineries, beverage and food processing/ packaging plants and egg processing and packaging equipment surfaces. The dosage depends on applications, ranging from 0.5% to 5% v/v. The specific dosage rates and method will be specified by the CSL technical representative.

Major Benefits:
·
  •       Performs effectively at low temperature and low concentrations to disperse bio-film and     inhibit the formation bacteria, fungus and molds
  • ·         Does not require multi-biocides as micro-organisms cannot produce immunity.
  • ·         Will not oxidize organic scale and corrosion inhibitor.
  • ·         Does not add conductivity (TDS).
  • ·         Does not require agitation or RPM. Breaks down into carbon dioxide and water.

H2S – A Silent Ultimatum to Oilfields

H 2 S Scavenger Chemical – Introduction The world has witnessed a substantial increase in E&P of crude oil to meet the need for globalization, leading to drilling of ‘deemed undesirable’ sites, owing to the presence of higher concentration of acidic gases like hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, etc. These hazardous gases require proper measures before disposal or scavenging. Of these, Hydrogen sulphide/ H 2 S is the most threatening one, especially in confined or ill ventilated places. The characteristic rotten egg smell makes H 2 S recognition easy even at lower concentrations. Hydrogen Sulphide is toxic, acidic and extremely corrosive at higher concentrations. Heavier than air, it is found more near base level of the working sites. Then comes its inflammability, which may cause explosive reaction with air molecules. With peroxides, ammonia and other oxidizing chemicals, H 2 S often goes through combustible reactions, ...

Acid Corrosion Inhibitor – Chemtex Speciality Limited

Acid Corrosion Inhibitors are the most important inhibitor of any operation, preventing the impact of corrosion on exposed metal, tubular, downhole equipment, and surfaces and maximizing longevity, minimizing the operational cost. Corrosion is the chemical interaction with the environment that cause the deterioration of materials and it is unavoidable for all metals. When acids come into contact with metals, they initiate chemical reactions that lead to corrosion. Acid corrosion inhibitors work by forming a protective layer on the metal surface, which acts as a barrier against the corrosive acids. This layer prevents direct contact between the acid and the metal, thus inhibiting the corrosive process.
