ENGINE COOLANT ANTIFREEZE LIQUID – CHEMTEX SPECIALITY LIMITED

Engine Coolant Antifreeze Liquid – Chemtex Speciality Limited As the source of power for cars, engines get extremely hot. They produce an immense amount of heat of it requires one-third to and the rest if uncontrolled will destroy the engine, and must be expelled to prevent overheating and failures. Without proper protection, an engine can wear down and even melt, which can cost huge money to replace. The first coolant was pure water. Pure water freezes at 0°C and boils at 100°C. Outside of this range, water loses its functionality, turning into steam at one end and expanding as ice at the other. Both forms present a list of issues and cannot transfer heat effectively. To do the job properly, pure water was not enough and something was needed to be added. Engine coolant antifreeze Ethylene Glycol (EG) is one of the earliest antifreezes, circa 1856. It has a boiling point of 197°C and freezes at (-)13°C, allowing a wider range of functionality. By combining equal par

Sulfamic Acid Descalant – How it Works, Where to Buy

Sulfamic Acid Descalant – How it Works, Where to Buy Sulfamic acid (H3NSO3) is a super-efficient agent for descaling, used for cleaning domestic appliances and industrial equipment, and an acidic cleaning agent, mostly on ceramics and metals. In households, it is used as a descaling agent in detergents, cleaners, and toilet cleaners for limescale removal. It is considered highly effective in the removal of mineral scale deposits from industrial equipment and commercial machineries. One of the most common uses of sulfamic acid is for descaling heating coils and heated vessels. Sulfamic Acid descalant for industrial uses include effective removal of scale and stubborn deposits from heavy-duty industrial applications like Iron and Steel, Thermal Power, Boilers, fertilizers & Chemicals, Sugar Processing, and others. It is safe to use on stainless steel, copper, and brass against acid attack. Furthermore, it does not react with the materials of construction, avoiding pitting, corr

Citric Acid Manufacturing Companies in India

Citric acid is the most widely used organic acid and pH control agent for food and beverage industry, cosmetic, pharm and tech applications. Manufacturers produce a high amount of citric acid owing to its numerous uses; as an acidifier, as a flavouring and chelating agent. Citric Acid is used in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Health & Personal Care products, even agriculture and animal feed. Mainly used as an acid condiment, flavouring agent and preservative in food and beverage and as pharmaceutical excipients in pharmaceutical industry. It is also used as antioxidant, plasticizer and detergent builder in chemical, cosmetics and detergent industries. The citric acid market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6% over the next five years. According to Transparency Market Research (TMR), the global citric acid market was valued at 5.2 billion dollars USD in 2016 and is projected to reach 7.3 billion dollars USD by 2022, growing at a CAGR between 5.6% and 7.1% during th

An Introduction to Morpholine and Its Role as a Boiler Corrosion Inhibitor

Introduction: What is Morpholine? Morpholine is an organic amine used as boiler corrosion inhibitor. It finds a variety of uses such as manufacturing of rubber accelerators, curing agents, cleaning agents, anti-rust agents, and surface-active agents. It contains both amine and ether groups, used in a wide range of applications. The amine group makes its base, its conjugate acid is called morpholinium, which appears as a colourless liquid with a fishlike smell. In boiler water treatment, morpholine helps increase the pH of boiler feed water to protect the boiler against corrosion. It is used as boiler inhibitor intermediate available in the form of a colourless liquid. How Does Morpholine Work? Boilers are usually used in various industrial companies for their steam production capability. Ensure that such boiler systems are correctly going on and they work at optimum efficiency. To ensure an efficient process and quality steam creation capacity of the boiler system, the correc

Wastewater Treatment chemicals – Chemtex Speciality Ltd

Wastewater is any water whose quality has been adversely affected by human activity. Wastewater can begin from a variety of sources such as residential, industrial, business, or agricultural activities, etc. Depending on the source, the composition of wastewater ranges from mildly polluted stormwater run-off to toxic wastewater from chemicals, pharmaceutical, and metal industries . The presence of pathogens, organic and inorganic matter, suspended particulates matter, dissolved gases, paint emulsions, pesticides, bio-solids, and many more undesirable substances can impair the quality of water. Why treat waste water? Domestic wastewater contains a large amount of solid material, food particles, toilet paper, grease, oil, soap, salts, metal detergent, pharmaceutical, and personal care products.  Industrial wastewater is released from different commercial and manufacturing units such as textiles, printing, F&B, and production to name a few. it contains toxic chemicals, organ

Chemicals in the Paper & Pulp Industry

The global consumption of paper and paperboard is projected to reach 466 million tons by 2031. The Pulp & Paper industry can meet the demands for its products by society for the decades ahead. This industry is based on major renewable resources and forests. This can bring a lot especially when it comes to business costs, creating new business, improving the output quality, and bringing a business turnaround. Chemicals for Paper & Pulp Why Chemicals are required for this industry? The chemicals used in the manufacturing of paper should be high in quality and without any impurities. If the chemicals are not of high quality, then they can alter the properties of paper and do not provide desirable results. The need for improved recovery of chemicals from the paper and pulp industry has become a critical economic factor in the industry. Using high-quality chemicals at this stage is also important to change the quality of paper by changing its texture or altering its phys

Chemicals used in boiler water treatment

Scales formation inside boilers is the result of precipitation of impurities and suspended solids present in the feed water, used for boiler operations. Feed water contains dissolved minerals (Chloride, Sulphates, Silicates of Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Barium) and impurities (Oil Contaminants, Sludge, Lime) that in due course get accumulated over the boiler internal surfaces, leading to the formation of scales. Boiler Chemicals   Boiler chemicals treat feed water as well as boiler internal surfaces. As feedwater gets settles, the dissolved solids and impurities begin to precipitate at the base, and with continuous accumulation of salts, when they exceed their solvency levels form scales on the internals, needing boiler water treatment. The presence of calcium, magnesium salts, and a high concentration of silica is the major causes of scale formation. It consists of carbonates, bicarbonates, sulfates, etc. Along with dissolved salts, there are also some suspend
